Wow, i started this more than 1 month ago, 22nd of february, i'm so happy it's finally finished 
and i think i am on a higher level now.
i have improved my art. my skills. i think i am better now. i can draw better now. i know something more after this. i learned a lot.
this is my character, and she is thinking...

done with paint tool sai (and a bit of cs3 to add effects)
